Skunk2 is proud to introduce its 66mm Alpha Series Throttle Body for Hondas B-series engines (also compatible with D-, F-, and H-series) in its exclusive, fine shot-blasted surface finish. Skunk2's 66mm Alpha Series Throttle Body is designed to be used with Skunk2's Pro Series Intake Manifolds as well as OEM and other aftermarket intake manifolds for bolt-on horsepower and torque gains by maximizing engine airflow, all at a competitive price. Skunk2's Alpha Series Throttle Bodies are precision die-cast from high-quality materials and include features previously offered only in our Pro Series line, like countersunk, stainless steel mounting bolts, solid brass throttle plates, fully machined bores, and idle adjustment screws for fine tuning. All Skunk2 throttle bodies undergo an extensive design and testing process to produce a throttle body that doesnt just provide more flow but retains smooth drivability and OEM throttle characteristics. A larger throttle body is key to producing additional power throughout the powerband on modified engines with increased airflow demands. Skunk2's Alpha Series Throttle Bodies for B-series engines feature a large, 66mm bore, which results in significant horsepower gains throughout the powerband on heavily modified, naturally aspirated applications and even more on forced induction ones. Skunk2's 66mm Alpha Series Throttle Body offers Skunk2 performance, industry-leading customer service, and a limited-lifetime warranty policy, all at a price comparable to lesser budget-minded throttle bodies. When will my order be delivered?

Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days. After placing your order, you will receive an email with shipping updates, tracking information, and any additional details needed to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Can I return my product?

Orders may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving the parcel, provided the items are in their original, resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Gearhead Motoring, in which case we will cover all shipping costs. Please wait for an RMA number and return instructions before sending any item back. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, whether visible upon delivery or discovered after opening the package, please follow these steps immediately:

Contact Gearhead Motoring as soon as possible and submit a damage claim at shipping@gearheadmotoring.com
Keep all original packaging materials, including the box and packing materials.
Make a list of any damaged or missing items.
Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the affected products.
If the delivery driver cannot wait for an inspection, or does not allow you to inspect the shipment, write "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the delivery receipt before signing and ask the driver to acknowledge it.

Once we receive the required information, Gearhead Motoring will work directly with the shipping carrier and arrange a pickup if necessary. Do not return any merchandise without prior written authorization and an RMA number from Gearhead Motoring.

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the item will be replaced, or if a refund or store credit will be issued.

Important: By signing and accepting a freight shipment, you may waive your right to file a damage claim for any damage not noted on the delivery receipt. We strongly recommend inspecting all freight shipments upon arrival, even if the outer packaging appears to be in good condition.
