Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. While we strive for accuracy, Gearhead Motoring reserves the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, specifications, or availability errors at any time without prior notice. Orders may be canceled and refunded if a product becomes unavailable or is incorrectly priced.

Product Information

Many performance parts are intended for off-road, racing, or competition use only and may not be legal for street use in all states. It is the customer's responsibility to verify compliance with local, state, and federal laws before purchasing or installing any product.

Shipping

Most orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped from our network of warehouses. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Gearhead Motoring is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, manufacturer backorders, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original resalable packaging. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required before any return is accepted. Special-order, custom, electrical, clearance, and discontinued items may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and report any damage or missing items immediately. Retain all packaging materials and contact us at Shipping@GearheadMotoring.com or 786-351-1748. Do not return merchandise without written authorization and an RMA number.

Warranty

Products sold by Gearhead Motoring are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. Gearhead Motoring does not provide additional warranties and is not responsible for labor costs, vehicle downtime, towing expenses, or incidental damages related to product failure.

Limitation of Liability

Gearhead Motoring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or inability to use products purchased from our website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, images, and product information, is the property of Gearhead Motoring or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
