Gearhead Motoring is proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $199 or more within the 48 contiguous United States.

Free shipping applies only to standard ground service and is available for physical addresses located within the contiguous U.S.

Oversized & Freight Shipments

Oversized items, truck freight, and palletized shipments are not eligible for free shipping.

• Flat Rate Freight: $19.95 within the continental United States and Puerto Rico (on qualifying oversized shipments).
• Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the size, weight, destination, or manufacturer requirements.
• Certain locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, may require additional shipping charges.

Free Shipping Exclusions

Free shipping does not apply to:

Transit Times

Please note that shipping carriers operate using business days only (Monday–Friday) and do not count weekends or major holidays.

Transit time begins after your order has shipped and does not include:

International Duties & Taxes

International shipping quotes do not include:

All import-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In accordance with U.S. law, Gearhead Motoring must declare the actual purchase value of every shipment. We cannot understate values or mark shipments as gifts.

If an international shipment is refused because import fees are not paid, Gearhead Motoring reserves the right to deduct:

• Return shipping charges
• Customs clearance fees
• Brokerage fees
• Any carrier penalties

from the customer's refund.

If return shipping exceeds the value of the merchandise, the shipment may be abandoned and no refund will be issued.
