Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or regional delivery services, depending on package size, weight, and destination.
A signature may be required upon delivery at the carrier’s discretion.
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders may ship from Gearhead Motoring LLC warehouses or directly from authorized manufacturers or distributors (drop shipment).
Oversized, freight, palletized, and international shipments may require additional processing time and coordination.
Transit Times & Delivery
Delivery times depend on the carrier and service selected at checkout. Carriers operate on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Transit time begins once the order has shipped and does not include processing or supplier lead times.
Estimated shipping times:
- Next Day Air: 1 business day
- 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
- 3-Day Service: 3 business days
- Ground Shipping: 3–5 business days
These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Gearhead Motoring LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors.
Product Availability
Estimated availability or arrival dates provided are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer schedules, supply chain conditions, or inventory fluctuations.
Shipping Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Description of the damage
Important:
- Keep all original packaging
- Do not install or use the item
- Do not return items without authorization
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates shown at checkout are automated estimates based on weight and location. Additional charges may apply for oversized or freight shipments.
If adjustments are required, we will contact you before shipping.
Returns Policy
All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of shipment and require prior approval.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and uninstalled
- Must be in new condition
- Must include original packaging and all components
Items that show signs of installation, damage, or modification will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error by Gearhead Motoring LLC.
Return Method
Approved returns are issued as store credit only, unless the item is defective and cannot be replaced.
Incorrect Orders
If we ship the wrong item:
- We will cover return shipping
- A replacement will be sent after inspection
All claims are subject to verification.
Special Orders
Special order or custom items:
- Require full payment in advance
- Are non-returnable and non-refundable
رفض or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is:
- Refused
- Returned due to incorrect address
- Undeliverable
The customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Restocking fees
Store Credit & Refunds
- Store credit is valid for 6 months
- Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
Refunds are only issued if:
- The item is unavailable
- A verified defect prevents replacement
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cash payments are refunded via company check.
Installation Disclaimer
Gearhead Motoring LLC is an online retailer only and does not provide installation services.
All products should be installed by qualified professionals. We are not responsible for:
- Installation errors
- Labor costs
- Fitment issues
- Damages caused during installation
Third-Party Installers
Recommended installers are independent businesses and not affiliated with Gearhead Motoring LLC.
We are not responsible for their:
- Work quality
- Pricing
- Scheduling
- Damages
Customers must coordinate directly with installers.
