Description

The 1999-2003 Ford Super Duty leaves the factory on rubber body mounts that compress, dry out, and crack after a decade of heat cycling, towing, and weather exposure. As the rubber breaks down, the cab sags, and the cab drifts out of alignment with the bed. The damage doesn’t stop at the body: worn mounts transmit chassis vibration directly into the radiator, hoses, and surrounding cooling stack, accelerating wear on components well past the bushings themselves. The Mishimoto Silicone Body Mounts replace the worn-out rubber with a complete eight-bushing set engineered to restore ride height, pull body lines back into alignment, and absorb the noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) the factory mounts let through.----Each bushing is molded from premium silicone - a material that retains its resilience for the life of the truck and does not harden, dry-rot, or develop the dry squeak that aftermarket urethane is known for. The steel cup carrying every bushing is dual coated to resist the corrosion that destroys factory mounts from the inside out, and every fastener in the included hardware kit is finished in Dacromet for the same level of long-term protection. A keyed cap anti-rotation design holds the upper and lower cups are held in place by the cup retainer while you insert the bolt and torque from above, turning a job that traditionally requires two people into a one-person install.----Direct fit for the 1999-2003 Ford Super Duty Crew Cab - eight bushings positioned for the OEM mount points with no drilling or modification required. Regular and Extended Cab applications require six bushings and are covered under a separate part number. Backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty, your investment is protected long after install day.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days. After placing your order, you will receive an email with shipping updates, tracking information, and any additional details needed to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Can I return my product?

Orders may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving the parcel, provided the items are in their original, resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Gearhead Motoring, in which case we will cover all shipping costs. Please wait for an RMA number and return instructions before sending any item back. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, whether visible upon delivery or discovered after opening the package, please follow these steps immediately:

Contact Gearhead Motoring as soon as possible and submit a damage claim at shipping@gearheadmotoring.com
Keep all original packaging materials, including the box and packing materials.
Make a list of any damaged or missing items.
Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the affected products.
If the delivery driver cannot wait for an inspection, or does not allow you to inspect the shipment, write "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the delivery receipt before signing and ask the driver to acknowledge it.

Once we receive the required information, Gearhead Motoring will work directly with the shipping carrier and arrange a pickup if necessary. Do not return any merchandise without prior written authorization and an RMA number from Gearhead Motoring.

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the item will be replaced, or if a refund or store credit will be issued.

Important: By signing and accepting a freight shipment, you may waive your right to file a damage claim for any damage not noted on the delivery receipt. We strongly recommend inspecting all freight shipments upon arrival, even if the outer packaging appears to be in good condition.
