Description

This 2.75" diameter True Dual Cat-Back™ system was developed for use on F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with performance, sound, style and durability in mind. The system features our Hydroformed SwithFire® Technology. Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, BORLA®'S patented SwitchFire® design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance and a custom sound. The computer numerical control (CNC) formed mandrel bent pipes ensure maximum flow for horsepower and torque along with an accurate fit. The muffler is specifically designed to deliver the classic S-Type sound without any drone inside the vehicle. The system features a single 4.5" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tip on each tail pipe. Using BORLA® Stainless Steel Polish p# 21461 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. Systems with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, and black coated Brawler style T-304 stainless steel tips are also available. The system will NOT will fit trucks with dual rear wheels. BORLA® Cat-Back™ & Axle-Back exhaust systems feature patented straight-through and multi-core technology to unleash hidden horsepower. Increased exhaust velocity adds power, driving excitement, fuel economy, and the distinctive BORLA® Sound of Power respected by motoring enthusiasts everywhere. Only T-304 stainless steel which is superior to T-400 series knockoffs (such as 409), to give you the absolute best in performance and durability, is used in the construction of BORLA® systems, that allows us to give you a Million Mile warranty. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit. Returns & Delivery

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days. After placing your order, you will receive an email with shipping updates, tracking information, and any additional details needed to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Can I return my product?

Orders may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving the parcel, provided the items are in their original, resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Gearhead Motoring, in which case we will cover all shipping costs. Please wait for an RMA number and return instructions before sending any item back. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, whether visible upon delivery or discovered after opening the package, please follow these steps immediately:

Contact Gearhead Motoring as soon as possible and submit a damage claim at shipping@gearheadmotoring.com
Keep all original packaging materials, including the box and packing materials.
Make a list of any damaged or missing items.
Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the affected products.
If the delivery driver cannot wait for an inspection, or does not allow you to inspect the shipment, write "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the delivery receipt before signing and ask the driver to acknowledge it.

Once we receive the required information, Gearhead Motoring will work directly with the shipping carrier and arrange a pickup if necessary. Do not return any merchandise without prior written authorization and an RMA number from Gearhead Motoring.

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the item will be replaced, or if a refund or store credit will be issued.

Important: By signing and accepting a freight shipment, you may waive your right to file a damage claim for any damage not noted on the delivery receipt. We strongly recommend inspecting all freight shipments upon arrival, even if the outer packaging appears to be in good condition.
